Can't Beat a 1960's Tub
Updated: Jun 28, 2019
So many of our homes in Northern Virginia were lovingly designed with colorful bathrooms. Our last house featured one mustard yellow bathroom and the other a muted turquoise. Tub, sink, and toilet. Other homes might have a pinky beige, mint green, baby pink, or powder blue. I'm sure there are more.
Even if you didn't immediately fall in love with your 1960's bathroom, there is no denying the quality of material. Seriously, have you seen any other bathtub maintain their shine and quality for 50+ years like these?! So why not work with them when you can.
Keeping the pinky beige, this client chose 12x24 Tessuto Linen Ceramic Tile from Floor and Decor (probably my favorite store ever) to freshen up the master bath. I think it worked nicely, don't you?,
