Woman owned, operated, and conscientiously completed.

I’ve always loved home projects. I’d often say I’d take a home project any day over staring at my laptop for hours on end. With encouragement from our realtor and contractor, I decided to test the waters in residential tile installation. After six short months, I was able able to leave my desk job to focus on my tile business full-time.

Committed to my business and the industry, I went on to gain as much knowledge and experience I could get my hands on. As a result, I am now one of the few Certified Tile Installers in our area! #1599. To located Certified Installers in your area, click here.

There are so many reasons I love tile! A simple backsplash can completely transform a kitchen, and with so many options, there really is a design for everyone. Plus I get to use my small business degree for something I'm passionate about.

Whether you're thinking of a kitchen backsplash, a fireplace makeover, or a bathroom update, I'd love to join with you in bringing your vision to life!

It is the Mission of Tile by Rachel, LLC to provide residential home owners and re-modelers quality tile installation to actualize their vision. Our commitment to precision, excellence, and integrity will be evident in every interaction, estimate, and contract completed.

This shower stands as the most unique project thus far. The client requested the design and I had the pleasure of bringing it to reality. Enjoy the video!

I found Rachel by kismet--I happened to have been complaining about the floor under our kitchen bar area at the same time that a friend posted about Rachel's site and I saw it was in my area. On a whim, I emailed her and sent her the Pinterest page I had looked at for this cool idea to cut hexagonal tiles into the wood floor with an irregular perimeter, and asked if she'd done it. She hadn't, but she responded immediately and said she's love to try it and gave me a quote. She came by to see the space in person, and we set a date. I bought tile, and she came and got the job done over 4 half-days (spread out because grout has to set and stuff, before going to the next step). She left my house SPOTLESS, she was friendly and nicely answered my kid's incessant questions before he left for school, she texted me photos and updates while i was at work to get my approval for anything that wasn't exactly the same as we'd thought, and it turned out much better than I'd even hoped! She completed the project exactly when she said she would, there were no big "uh oh" moments, the price was exactly what she'd quoted, and she was great to work with! Will definitely choose her again if we have any more tile projects! I have used several contractors over the years, with several houses in two different cities, and this was my most positive experience ever. Thanks Rachel!

"We had two contractors look at some water damage in our master bathroom; both quoted us multiple THOUSANDS of dollars to tear out the entire bathroom and reconstruct it. Enter Rachel: she examined our problem and came up with a low-cost, no-drama repair plan that totally fixed the issue with minimal invasiveness. She even purchased and installed water barriers to prevent the problem from recurring - saving us a trip to the store and another DIY repair. We were so pleased with her work we had her cross off more items from our to-do list - repairing grout and caulk in additional bathrooms.

To think that we were so close to gutting our bathroom ... We are so thankful we found Rachel. She’s meticulous in her work, very knowledgeable, and an innate problem-solver. There’s not a speck of dust or debris to be found, and she worked quickly and carefully. I can’t say enough good things about the experience, and we’ll certainly be hiring her again to give another bathroom a facelift."
